Delete your HeyCLO account

Request deletion of your HeyCLO account and associated personal data. This page is provided for App Store and Play Store account-deletion requirements.

Before you request deletion

Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your profile, relationship records, imported content, self-awareness history, saved analysis, and associated app data may no longer be recoverable.

How to delete your account

In the app:open Profile → Settings & Privacy → Delete My Account and confirm. This starts deletion right away.

Without the app:

Email us from the email address linked to your HeyCLO account.
Use the subject line: Delete my HeyCLO account.
Include your full name and the account email so we can verify the request.

What will be deleted

Your HeyCLO account profile and authentication-linked account data.
Relationship profiles, imported conversation content, and analysis history.
Self-awareness answers, saved insights, voice/text reflection content, and uploaded profile or relationship images.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes. Backup copies may take additional time to expire from our systems.

Processing time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to verify the request.
